Qcell Sierra Leone Unveils New 035 Number Series to Expand Customer Choice
Qcell Sierra Leone has officially launched its new 035 number series, marking another milestone in the company’s efforts to expand mobile connectivity and provide customers with greater choice and flexibility.
The introduction of the 035 series goes beyond simply adding a new range of phone numbers. According to Qcell, the initiative is designed to offer customers memorable and personalized mobile identities while reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and Sierra Leone’s digital transformation.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Qcell Sierra Leone said the new number series reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to delivering innovative services, enhancing customer experience and expanding nationwide connectivity.
He noted that the initiative will enable more Sierra Leoneans to choose numbers that reflect their personal identity while meeting the increasing demand for mobile and digital communication services across the country.
Qcell’s Marketing Manager announced that customers can reserve and purchase their preferred 035 numbers through designated Qcell Customer Experience Centres, authorised dealers and the company’s digital reservation platform. He added that premium and vanity numbers will also be available for customers seeking unique and easy-to-remember mobile numbers.
He further encouraged subscribers to keep their Qcell SIM cards active to enjoy weekly and monthly promotional rewards and exclusive offers.
As part of the launch promotion, customers who activate the new 035 number series will receive 10 minutes of voice calls, 300MB of data and 100 SMS every month for the next six months.
Qcell said the launch forms part of its broader strategy to promote digital inclusion, enhance customer satisfaction and support the continued growth of Sierra Leone’s digital economy.
