RCB Announces New Account Numbers, Cheque Books for Former UTB Customers

Rokel Commercial Bank (RCB) has announced the introduction of new account numbers and RCB-branded cheque books for customers of the former Union Trust Bank (UTB) following the successful integration of UTB customers into its banking system.

In a press release issued on Monday, August 31, 2026, RCB Management said the account numbers of former UTB customers who have been successfully onboarded onto the RCB platform have now been migrated to new RCB account numbers.

The bank has advised affected customers to visit their nearest RCB branch or contact the Customer Care Centre to obtain their new account details.

RCB also announced that it will begin distributing new RCB-branded cheque books to former UTB customers as part of the ongoing integration process.

According to the bank, customers will be notified via SMS or telephone calls about when and where they can collect their new cheque books.

Customers who require urgent assistance with cheque-related transactions have been advised to visit their respective RCB branches with valid identification for further support.

The bank acknowledged that the transition may cause some inconvenience and apologised to customers for any disruption. It also expressed appreciation to former UTB customers for their patience, understanding and cooperation throughout the integration process.

RCB reaffirmed its commitment to delivering secure, reliable and improved banking services to its customers as it continues the integration of the two institutions.
