Hassan Salman & Jos Leijdekkers Implicated In Secret Agreement

By Voice of Salone Investigative Team
A shocking investigative report has uncovered that Jos Leijdekkers, also known as Bolle Jos—one of Europe’s most wanted drug kingpins—is allegedly operating a vast drug empire in Sierra Leone. The network reportedly includes top government officials, influential business figures, and international criminal operatives.
The findings, first published by News Line, stem from a months-long investigation by a foreign journalist embedded in Sierra Leone. According to the report, Leijdekkers is believed to be sheltered at the Two Seasons Resort—a luxury property located on Tokeh Beach, along the scenic Freetown Peninsula.
Originally opened to the public in December 2019, the Two Seasons Resort was formerly owned by a well-known couple, Nadia and Rami Elzein. The beachfront resort, famed for its pristine white sand and stunning ocean views, was once a top choice for family vacations and luxury getaways. Its villas—featuring two bedrooms, a living area, kitchenette, and private decks—offered guests comfort and serenity by the Atlantic.
However, following the sale of the resort to Hassan Salman, its public operations have mysteriously ceased. Locals in Tokeh Village confirmed that the resort, which once bustled with tourists, is now strictly closed to the public.
The property is under tight security, with no clear explanation offered to residents or stakeholders in the tourism industry.
Eyewitness accounts and further investigation suggest that the facility is being used for private, high-level operations, possibly providing sanctuary to Leijdekkers since late 2023.
Sources alleged that Hassan Salman, the current owner of the Two Seasons Resort, is acting as a financial intermediary and proxy buyer for multiple high-end properties across Sierra Leone—allegedly on behalf of Jos Leijdekkers.
The Dutch national remains on Interpol’s Most Wanted List, with charges ranging from drug trafficking to organized crime.
It is further alleged that Salman facilitated the purchase of the resort from Rami Elzein, possibly as part of a broader scheme to create safe havens for Leijdekkers and his associates.
In the interest of balanced reporting, the Voice of Salone Newspaper reached out to Hassan Salman on August 1, 2025, via WhatsApp and phone calls. Salman responded by stating he was currently in England. However, shortly thereafter, he blocked the journalist’s number, and no official response has been provided regarding the serious allegations.
At the time of going to press, efforts to obtain comments from Salman has been unsuccessful.
This exposé raises deep concerns about the infiltration of international drug cartels into Sierra Leone’s economy and governance structures. If confirmed, the revelations could trigger a national and international crackdown, with potential sanctions and diplomatic fallout.
Locals, meanwhile, remain puzzled and uneasy about the unusual activities in what was once a peaceful and tourist-friendly village. More on this in subsequent editions
