Andrew Jaiah KaiKai: Where is the Lebanese Man that gifted you that Vehicles?

By VOS Writer
Sources within the ACC have confided in Voice of Salone Newspaper that the Former Chief Immigration Officer who has been appointed as Executive Director of National Drugs Enforcement Agency, Andrew Jaiah Kakai, has made startling confession at ACC that he received the three luxurious vehicles as gifts from one Lebanese man.
Andrew Jaiah Kaikai is currently being investigated by the ACC for receiving three expensive vehicles (including Mercedes G-wagon, Toyota Fortune and Toyota Land cruiser) as gifts from a friend in USA while serving as Chief Immigration Officer.
Last year when Andrew Kaikai was interviewed by the Parliamentary Committee on Appointments and Public Service, he told Parliamentarians that he received the said vehicles as gifts from a friend residing in USA, and when he was interrogated by the ACC, he told the investigators that he received the gifts from one Lebanese man, but is yet to give the name of the Lebanese national.
Kaikai is still dragging his feet to produce the name of the Lebanese national that dashed him the gifts.
The ACC has given more time to Kaikai to do the needful by bringing forward the Lebanese man for questioning.
Speaking to the public through a national Television interview, the ACC Boss, Francis Ben Kaifalai did not hesitate to give update of the interrogation process of Andrew Jaiah Kaikai who has been investigated for corruption. He confirmed that Andrew Kaikai told the Commission that the gifted vehicles were given to him by one Lebanese man.
“Andrew Kaikai told the Commission that the gifted vehicles were given to him by one Lebanese man. We have given him time and we are still giving more time to bring forward the Lebanese man that dashed him the gifted vehicles.
By way of explaining unexplained wealth, all you need to do is to bring forward the Lebanese man to explain the circumstances that warranted him to give you such gifts… Andrew is yet to produce the Lebanese man neither has he brought him forward to explain the circumstances that warranted him to dash him the said vehicles”, the ACC Boss revealed, adding that the three vehicles that were confiscated from Andrew Kaikai are still in the ACC custody.
Seeking clarifications on the above issues, this Press sent messages via WhatsApp to Andrew Kaikai, but he declined to comment on the issues up to the time of going to press. See more details next edition.
