Rokel Bank Encourages Customers To Update Their Accounts

Rokel Commercial Bank has launched the “look back project” to encourage their customers to update their accounts for their own benefit, and to be in line with the digital banking system, which was introduced and upgraded by the bank recently.

Speaking to the media on the importance of updating their bank accounts, Mrs. Waltina Mahoi, Business Development Manager, said the reason the bank is calling on their customers to update their account records is for their own benefit, and to be in line with the bank digital banking system in case of any eventuality.

She said the update of customers’ records is done in every branch of Rokel Commercial Bank countrywide.

“We are calling on all customers to update your account records for the benefit of themselves”, Waltina Mahoi said, noting the reason for such, which is as a result of change of status, address and other personal details after the opening their accounts.

She said “if you’re a Rokel Bank account holder and want to upgrade your account, you need to produce the documents that you need to be included in your account”.

That document, she said, could be your marital certificate, change of address, telephone number, name of next of kin and other relevant information that the customer wants to update in their accounts”, she added.

She also spoke about the modalities the bank has put in place to reach out to their customers who have lost their account details such as phone number.
