LAJ’s Fate To be decided Tomorrow
By VOS Writer
Justice Adrian Fisher has found Alhaji Amadu Bah aka LAJ wanton on all four counts brought against him by the state.
While delivering his Judgment on a matter between the state Vs Alhaji Amadu Bah, the learned Judge convicted the accused on all the charges brought against him.
The Judge said: “I have not decided on your sentence yet on whether you could face up to 15 years or be reduced or even increased but it depends on your plea mitigation on Friday”.
In another address, the Judge also told the counsel for the defendant, Pa Momoh Fofanah Esq, that he wants to see LAJ Focuses on music and that is what he has been talented for. “I want to see him focus on music and that is what he has talent for”, the Judge Tells Lawyer for the Defendant.
The Defendant lawyer pleaded with the bench to temper his client with mercy, saying that his client is now a reformed man and has learnt his lesson.
LAJ and his lawyers will have to hang heads and decide on his plea. The ball is now in LAJ’s court to convince Justice Fischer to free him entirely from all the charges.
Whilst he was in the dock, LAJ was in somber mood looking like a man who wants his freedom back. His fate will be decided tomorrow.
