Denis Sandy in Trouble …for allegedly Forging Divorce Certificate
Minister of Works, Denis Sandy, is currently under the radar for forging Divorce certificate against his wedded wife, Mary Kai Sandy.
Court documents from Bett and Berewa Solicitors which has been reviewed by this press reveal that the above legal firm name was used without permission to fraudulently obtain a decree absolute on November 27. The law firm is seeking NLe2.5M which is approximately $100,000 in damages for reputational harm and strained professional relationships.
A letter from Michael and Michael-a solicitors representing Mrs. Sandy claim that the decree was obtained through irregular and possibly criminal means as Mrs. Sandy was not personally served. Whilst the matter is under investigation at the Judiciary, the cabinet is yet to make any statement regarding same and that continues to raise question about the Cherry-picking of the Bio Government in the fight against Gender Justice.
