Bravura Sierra Leone Launches Graduate Program To Empower Young Sierra Leoneans
In a bold move to nurture local talent and build national capacity in the mining and energy sectors, Bravura Sierra Leone has officially launched its Graduate Recruitment Program, aimed at empowering young Sierra Leoneans with world-class training, mentorship, and career opportunities.
The program targets fresh graduates under the age of 25 from a variety of disciplines including geology, engineering, IT, environmental science, and logistics, with the goal of building a pipeline of skilled professionals who will drive sustainable development in Sierra Leone’s resource sector.
