Report reaching Voice of Salone Newspaper revealed that all is now set for the APC elected Members of Parliament to take their seats in Parliament by next week.
This decision was based on the peace communique signed between the Government and the Opposition, APC, to discontinue their participation in all levels of governance, a decision that has been invoked by the party in protest of the outcomes of the June 24 elections.
A Senior official in the APC who preferred to remain anonymous has expressed the party’s willingness to participate in all level of Governance including the legislature, Councils, and Mayoral positions, stating how that is to demonstrate the party commitment to the recent peace pledges signed with the ruling Government.
